Krispy kreme

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows how many syns are on krispy Keeme doughnuts???

I;ve looked at this before a plain jam one is 12.5 syns going all the way up to 17.5 syns for one of those nommy chocolate ones

If you look on the Krispy Kreme website they do list the nutritional values (be prepared to be scared!!) which you can then apply the basic 20cals = 1 syn equation to (if you are brave!!)

Thankfully there are no outlets in Wales, so my temptation is limited!
