Light philadelphia is 2 syns for 28g.

Or 100g plain extra light is a HEA on green day plan. Its somewhere in the S W magazine, says it has been increased from 85g to 100 whey hey happy days

I think the light one, any variety is 71g for a Hex B on green as well.

Personally I find the Extra Light one horrid...would rather have 29g less!
