Cheese Soufle Recipe?

Doess anyone have the recipe for a cheese soufle? I have seen this in the magasine a while ago and it was lovely, but now I can't find it - have looked in all my old magasines, on the website and even searched google but nothing has come up at all! I am supposed to be cooking this for my valentines starter tonight so if anyone can help it will be much appreciated! (I know it contains quark and parmesan cheese if that helps)
