Top or bottom end

Of your bmi.

What are you aiming for?

Top end for me is 11st 5lbs
Bottom is 8st 6lbs.

How would I know just now what clothes size that would make me?

I'm hoping by July to get 11st 5lbs for my holiday!
 
Top end 10st
Bottom end 7st 9

My initial goal is to get inside my 'normal' BMI but then I would like to aim for 9 st depending on how I feel. Certainly not aiming for under 8st 7. Even at my smallest I was never there so really can't imagine it. No way I could maintain that size even if I got there!
 
Top end 11st 6lbs (which I'm at now)
Bottom end 9st 6lbs

Would like to be 10st 7lbs x

My first target is to aim for 11st.. Once I'm there I will see how I feel and look body wise to whether or not I want to lose more... I'm never going to be 9st tho
 
Well my bmi is between 10 stone something and 8 stone something.

I am 16.12 at moment so just wanting to loose as much as I can before we try for another baby in august as with my son I was around 20 stone and riddled with complications which ended up with pre eclamsia and a crash c section.
 
I'll be happy when I get to 9st 7lbs but I want to get to 9st so that when maintaining I can enjoy nights out/in or a takeaway occasionally without guilt and then be back to normal the next day IYKWIM
 
First of all I want to get to be overweight rather than obese, then I'm aiming for a clothes size and how I feel rather than the BMI. I have been quite athletic in the past and like to believe I've kept some of the muscle under the fat so perhaps the BMI indications are not quite accurate for me. I know I've looked it up in the past and known that I would be quite skeletal on the weight they suggest for me.
 
I'm the same as Micci...I think my end BMI is gonna still be overweight but I am a very busty lass and I think to get my BMI to even the top of it's range will make me look funny....however...Having never seen myself anywhere near it my entire adult life who knows what'll happen when I get close. :)
 
I'm aiming first to get down to the top end of the BMI range, which would be about 4 stones loss from now.

From there i'm going see how I feel and look shape wise and see from there. I imagine i'll be somewhere in the middle of the range, but my first priority is just to get 'healthy' first!
 
I dont really like the BMI chart, but for my height I should be between 7.12 stone to 10.6stone.

Currently I am about 11.7 stone & I would like to get down to 10stone, 9 1/2 if possible! But Its so hard to get that low!

15.11 is my club 10 too. X
 
Cant wait to get there. Going back to my gp in a few weeks time, though i wont be there by then least i can show him sw works(as he he said ohh isnt that a faddy diet, i think he mixed up slimfast and slimming world doh >_<) asnd that i;ve lost weight. 13 atone is the big one as even though its still *overweight* i look pretty good at that weight and start to feel a lot more confident about myself
 
Well My BMI is JUST ABOUT inside the healthy or 'normal' category for my height. Before I started SW (a month ago) I was in the overweight category, so ideally I would like to get to the bottom end of the healthy category for my height, but really I would be happy with anywhere around the middle!
 
mine is 8 st 12 lb -11 st 1 lb i have set my goal to 11 stone i have lost 3 stone so 6 to go at my smallest at the age of 18 i was between 11 and a half and 12 stone and a size 14-16 i would be happy to be this weight again :D
