Every Valentines day I get then from OH, am not a chocy person but them I love. I know it's crazy but I shall miss them **sob** in the morning. Ok off to bed, nite my hunnies x

find something else to get, it's chocolate that got us all in this state, let's have a beauty treatment instead, or something non foody, every reward, birthday, celebration or comfort is defined by food, let's find something other than food to reward, comfort or show love with xx

Well my OH bought me a lovely box of chocolates. I've decided to pass around the box upon first opening and then spreading out whats left over a few days. Ive given up cutting out chocolate altogether as I could do it for a month or so then have a complete binge and sicken myself. I find it far healthier to allow myself two or three a day (as long as I'm not going over my daily syn allowance.) It just goes to show how far I've come as eating two or three sweets from a box and leaving the rest was an impossibility for me at one time.
