Wedding ideas?

Ok I need help! We want to get married but we will have to do it on a 2k budget, does anyone know of anywhere in Lancashire that we can hold the reception and evening doo that isn't very expensive!
I had my heart set on a country Hotel but we would have spent about 10k and we have 4 kids between us and we can't justify it!

I've got all the other things sorted in my mind, dresses, suits, invites, cake ect ect. It's just the venue, don't mind register office it's just afterwards!

Were thinking Gretna green!

I know its not the same but apparently travel inn? Or similar do them for approx 1K...I havent checked but thats what I have read on another forum.

Or some barns/spas/golf clubs etc do better deals for low season or weekdays. May be able to get a bargain if not fussed on day.
