taking lt shakes on handluggage of plane?

Hey nessie25 - I'm on exante, just popped over here for a nosey as I tried LT a couple of yrs ago.
I fly at least once a week with work and so always have my packs for the day (and extras in case I get stuck somewhere) in my hand luggage.
Not so much as an eyelid batted at me yet.

Fighting for My Health
I took my Lighter Life sachets with me on a plane to New York years ago, and brought them home again 
wooops! lol. It was fine. No one even mentioned them. I think they know what they're looking for, and you prob won't be the first person with food packs that they'll have seen Just don't bring them home again like I did! xx

If you do have a bag search you may have to taste them to prove its just diet shake, a bit like they do with baby food. But you can defo take them in hand luggage.
ps jayne i would have done the exact same thing tooo many amazing restaurants in NYC, Nobu and Olive garden...mmmmm my faves. x
