Hi all have to share this with you when I was pregnant I used to take my dog over the park daily but when baby was born 6 mths ago sadly the dog had to go to a family member, anyway got stopped by a dog owner who said........... Christ you've lost some weight, I said yeah almost 5 stone!!!!!!!.

I went in the co-op and hadn't been in there for a while and ended up having all the women at the check out saying wow and how did you do it lol I was well embarrassed...

When I'm asked how did u do it... I answer "I didn't eat" laugh and walk away lol I'm not lying am I lol
