Went totally off plan and i've got no-one to blame but myself. Went out for drinks with my GF and ended up getting noodles. Hungover and got a mcdonalds:cry:Oh well, another day! :sigh:
As others have said we've all been there and had a blip day, just jump straight back on the slimming world wagon, and plenty of super free for damage limitation.
