I am coming towards the end of my 4th week on SW- i have lost 8lbs so far & really hoping to have lost another 2 when i WI on Monday.
I am quite tempted to have a sneaky weigh at home- to see how I've got on, but i dont want it to influence my food choices before Monday, so i have decided to start a food diary on here, in the hope that if i am unintentionally eating syns, then someone will kindly point it out. If all is well, then i should be on track to a good loss on Monday! :D I have been keeping a log on my BB as to what i've been eating....

Weekly syn usage: 64.5 (out of maximum 35 to 105)

Monday
Tea with skimmed milk (milk from hex)
Tea with s/skimmed milk (milk from hex)
Sia's Swiss muesli (oats from hex)
SS soup
2x oranges
4x water
Left over SW creamy pasta
SW chicken tikka, Curried vegetables, brown rice
2x orangina light
Extra exercise (apart from walking to/from station):none

Tuesday
Sia's swiss muesli (oats from hex)
Tea with skimmed milk (milk from hex)
2x large tea with skimmed milk (milk from hex)
Medium skinny cappuccino from starbucks (milk from hex)
2x oranges
No lunch :(
3x water
Bottle of water
Salmon, corn on the cobb, Sia's SW tomato sauce, green beans, cous cous
Extra exercise: walked to London bridge instead of cannon st (extra 10 mins)

Wednesday
2x tea with skimmed (milk from hex)
Sia's Swiss muesli (oats from hex)
Apple
Orange
SS soup
Chicken noodle mug shot (syn free)
2x espresso
3x water
Vanilla and dark chocolate sprinkles Muller light (syn free)
Glass of skimmed milk (from hex)
SW beef casserole
Whole bar of green and blacks dark chocolate with ginger 28syns
Exercise: 10min jog

Thursday
2x tea with skimmed milk from hex
Banana
Sia's Swiss muesli (oats from hex)
2x apple
Orange
5x water
6x espresso
Melon & grape salad with chocolate sprinkle Muller light yogurt (syn free)
Tomato pasta mug shot (syn free)
Chicken wrapped in bacon with home made tomato ketchup & sw wedges

Friday!!!!

Banana, apple, orange

Tangerine Muller light (syn free)
Tomato pasta mug shot (syn free)
Cheese (28g cheddar- hex) and bacon burger in 95g wholemeal bun (hex) +3syns sw wedges with cajun seasoning and natural yogurt and chalotts and garlic in balsamic vinegar.
Creme egg 8.5 syns
Light Jamaica ginger beer

Saturday
Tea with skimmed milk (1//4 hex)
90g Wholemeal roll (hex)+ 3 syns, bacon & egg with a tbsp ketchup 1 syn
Apple
1/2 banana
Coffee with skimmed milk (1/4 hex)
sugar snaps
spicy sweet & sour noodle mug shot (syn free)
Light Jamaica ginger beer
Turkey mince Spaghetti bolognese with wholewheat pasta & 18g parmesan (1/2 hex)
7x individual chocolates= 21 syns


Thats it so far- guidance/tips/comments greatly appricated :)
