Anyone know a good steak marinade or rub thats either free or low syn?

If you dont mind making it from scratch, i just googled it for a normal recipe & from what i understand of SW (i hope someone will correct me if wrong) the following recipe: How to Make Steak Rub | eHow.com would be syn free as on herbs & spices used.

I ended up cheating and bought schwartz perfect shake steak. Its got most of the ingredients you mentioned and i think its free (at least i hope it it) x

Its was very tasty, added a little something extra than just salt and pepper, will use it again
