Syns please needed, can't plan dinner

Hiya I have a ready made Indian meal. It's very healthy cooked but its not in the SW Directory as it comes from shop called Cook.

Can you get SW syns from the nutritional value and if so can someone tell ne the syns please.

It's a Lamb Dupiaza

In 100g the cals are 118, fat is 7.1g

Not sure if you need anything else.

I think you need the Protein, Carbs and portion weight too. Or a least that's what it looks like from the Syns Calculator online!

That's the one draw back not doing SW with classes. You can look at the syn calculator
