Hi everyone :wave_cry:,

I have tried every diet known to man and will stay with them for one or two days and then give up and blame it on everything and anything, but the real problem is "myself".

The problem is I never seem to have the willpower to follow it through. I am considering trying the new weightwatchers plan. Since they have launched their new diet it almost seems too good to be true. Can any one give me info on the sort of weight you are likely to shift and how substainable the diet is.

I so want to lose weight and set a good example to my son.

Hiya,

I hope ww works out for you, I am planning on joining/ going to my first meeting on valentine's day. I am hoping meetings and accountability do for me what I can't seem to do alone. Good luck to you, and I hope someone with answers to your questions passes by ( that's not me) hehe.

I have also tried many plans only to fail after a few days. I joined ww again for the new year and have so far lost a stone
The weekly points are a godsend and allow you to have that meal out or treat without depriving yourself.
Plan only launched in November but there is no reason why anyone can't get to goal on it.
