I'm new too and haven't got a clue!!
I'm always on a diet and hate it!!!!
I have just stopped slimming world and am now on weight watchers only losing a pound so not too happy!
Over the years I've weighed very heavy and am currently at my lowest I just want to lose that little bit more after having 3 kids my belly wobbles like a bowl of jelly!!
Any tips would be fantastic I really need all the help I can get :)
 
Thanks for the tip but no carbs wud tip me over the edge lol I'm not a big meat eater and I don't eat veg!!!!!
Carbs and salad is all I have :)
It really hard isn't it???!!
