M&S Sandwich

Hi all,

Does anyone know the syn value of M&s Eat well Roast Chicken sandwich? Something tells me I won't like the answer lol!

Ready made sandwiches don't qualify for any free food allowance, so you can work out by looking at the calores and applying 1 syn for every 20 calories.

If the sandwich has wholewheat bread, you can deduct 6 syns as part of a HEb if you havent used your HEb already.
