I have got my RC book out of the library and i am all planned to start on Monday but I just wanted to ask a quick question about the 200 cal allowance for Milk.
I don't drink milk - do you think i could sub it with 200 cals worth of L/Fat yogurt instead?
it does say int he book that you can have a yog instead of some of the milk so dont see why not, i have a little milk and some yogurt as i only eat cereals now and again and only have 2 hot drinks aday
