Dont have my book with me so don't know them all but here's a few:
"A" choice is pretty much milk or cheese. How much depends on the type (350ml skimmed milk, 250ml semi I think, not sure about full fat, I dont use it). Cheese can be 28g of most standard cheeses, or 42g of a reduced fat variety. Or for snacky type things, you can 3x mini baby bels, or 6 x laughing cow extra lights
"B" choice - certain cereals usually limited to 28g, bran flakes, porridge oats, but 42g of All Bran
Various crispbreads (ryvitas/finn crisp/ scan/oat bran - quantities depend on what type)
1 pack ryvita minis
1 slice of w/meal bread regular (or 2 slices of a 400g loaf - or for your biggest allowed portion, 3 slices of a Weight Watchers Danish Brown)
1 57g wholemeal breadroll, any brand.
1 pitta bread (ADSA or Co-op brands ONLY though!)
2 Alpen Light, or Aldi less than 70 cals cereal bars
1 Hi-fi bar, 1 kellogs fibre plus bar, 1 weetabix oaty bar
Various dried/tinned/stewed fruits (although I couldnt say what quantities without looking it up)
