Another question- 0 fat dairy?

Hiya,
I'm stocking up ready to start Attack at the weekend . However, I'm pretty stumped about the zero fat dairy Dukan refers to in his book. I've found some zero fat natural and strawberry yoghurts ( Onken-in big pots not individual) but no sign of 0 fat creme fraiche or cottage cheese. Where on earth do I get it from? Sainsbury's had some less than 2% fat cottage cheese which has the same ammount of carb in it as the fat free greek yoghurt so will that do?
All advice thankfully received

Tesco has the only fat free cottage cheese I can find - it's part of their value range, 55p for 300g.

Sainsbury's has 0.1% fat Fromage Frais in two sizes, 45p for 250g and 90p for 500g. This is pretty good for using in different meals!

There are lots of fat free yoghurts available, flavoured and plain - Activia do a variety of flavours in small and medium sizes, Onken and Yeo Valley do the big pots.

Onken and activia are not recommended as they have too many hidden nasties ...normal fat free yogurt with sweetener is the best

Don't worry if you can't get 0%, it's not commonly available in the UK, I believe. Dukan has adapted a diet for the French market (where 0% is everywhere) to suit other countries, so just get the lowest fat you can.

One thing you will have to do though (we've all been there and slipped up) is check ingredients before buying - lots of low-fat yogurts still have sugar in them.:(

WH Smith sell excellent pocket size magnifying glasses!

Yes Onken and Activia all have sugar - but it doesn't always say sugar - sometimes fructose etc. I stick to natural + sweetener. Even some of the vanilla ones have hidden sugars.

Well, the big Tesco by me doesn't have the cottage cheese-shame as I love cottage cheese. Undetered I hot footed it over to Adsa. Lots of 0% yoghurt-fruit and flavoured and a few with )% sugar. But all of them had at least 7|% carbs. Surely I can't have these on attack can I?
I found some 1% fromage frais so I'll be able to have a go at the gallette thingy. And my hard boiled eggs are cooling at this very minute.
