Hrllllllo,

I started xenitcal last week but ive been over at the weight loss diarys as I didn't even no xentical had There own section week: so far I'm doing fine I'm on bootcamp to so I'm not allowed carbs and dairy but everything green hahaaa,
I also have a VERY bad habit of weighing myself EVERYDAY which I'm trying my hrdest to get out of and get back into the swing of weighing my self 1 a week just think I'm getting obsessed hahahah,

So any good weight losses on this then? Sucess stories? Xxxxx

Hi Hun,

and a big welcome, i have been taking them since boxing day and officially get weighed every sunday! I have lost 35lbs up to now!

I have to admit I do weigh myself every day to see how the food i am eating causes my weight to fluctuate.

Yeh that's what I do I lost 5 pounds last week but then went out with work for The first time ever got abit drunk by drinking crap and put 4 pounds bck on I was dwvasted so really trying to stick to it atm doing fine but my other half is taking me for a meal Saturday to a itaian any suggestions on what I can have lol xxx

Hi hun, no idea on the italian front, i am allergic to cheese so avoid them.

Best option i would say is to go for a tomato based option and chicken.

The portions in resturants are always smaller than what we would make for ourselves.

So why do you think you put it on I hope mine starts coming off,

I'm feeling really bloated and sooooo fat atm I weight 16:7 atm and I wanna be 16 stone by the end of febuary but atm it sounds impossible xxx

Its not impossible hun. The tablets take a few days to get into your system. I bet u lose the 7 pounds in two weeks xx

like others have said, if you stick within the rules, the your half stone should be off by the end of the month.

As for your italian, if your having pasta, then I'd go for a tomato based sauce, perhaps an arribiata, but the sauce will have been started with oil, so other choices that would be good would be the chicken, fish or scampi. our local italian does a lovely scampi in a tomato sauce (not as rich as a pasta sauce) and that comes with spuds and veg. Try to avoid garlic bread :'''(

Hi and welcome aboard! For you to get to 16st is very possible, if you stick to it you could even lose more!! I have been doing this for 4 weeks and have lost 23 lb. I am also addicted to weighing myself everyday but i find it helps to keep me going!! Good luck :D

Breakfast: lemon yougurt

Lunch: homemade meatballs. Made with mince onion and garlic and grilled and a tin on chopped tomotoes



Dunno what to ave for tea tho I have bootcamp tonight and I aways get real hungry after that lol xxx

Whats bootcamp? is it some sort of strict exercise class?
 
hello guys: :) well I had my left over meatballs for my tea and btw they are gorgjusssss nom nom haha,

Yes bootcamp is strict excersie 4 x a week for a hour at a time so 4 hours a week but sumtimes I do extra depending how I feel and it has a diet plan and we have to be measured and weighed every week, its a no carb and no diary diet but sumtimes I have a cheeky baked sweet potatoe or qourn nuggets lol,
