Evening All,

Just reading my Good Food magazine and there are a couple of recipes that have Harissa in. Anyone know the syn value? I'd imagine its similar to pesto but I don't like to guess these things.

I'm not even sure what is to know whether using the 20 cal = 1 syn method!!

Barts do a Harissa Paste that should be widely available in the major supermarkets. It also comes in powder form which is syn free but this is more difficult to find - I think only online.

I got mine the other day in Tesco it was above the spices next to lazy chill, garlic etc, i use it in my chilli, very good x
