On A Mission!
I have a plain total 0% yoghurt every day and was thinking of ways to sweeten it up so i hit on the idea of making jelly with it with sugar free jelly. I made up the jelly with a quarter pint hot water, whisked the pot of yoghurt in and then topped it up to a pint with cold water. It fills 3 yoghurt pots, and is delicious, works out at around 40 cals or so each
