Is Homemade butternut squash soup free on green days?

All i use is Butternut Squash, red onions, Vegetable stock, garlic, coriander.

I know that canned soup we have to add as an HEB.

It's all free food so it's free on red/green and EE.
In fact, it's all superfree

It would be free on all plans provided you don't add syns to make it.

Also just to add that not all canned soups are a HEB, infact hardly any of what are available are allowed as a healthy extra, and even then it's often only half a tin. Much better and tastier to make your own!

Soup made from free foods is great.You can just throw in what you have leftover.Today i made a simple soup of cauliflower,carrot and celery with a chicken stock cube,wizzed it up and voila!
