This is my 2nd WI were av STS, last week was TOTM av finished. Everything is still the same, no exercise this week to see if it will help but hey NO LOSS! Am still drinking loads but not peeing as usual.... How is this possible, 4 months in and this happens. Am still 18 stone so it's not like am near goal or something. Aaaah feel so low **sob**

Thanks guys:), had a week off at Xmas then a couple of consecutive weekends back AaM (more like chicken breast) so thought I did not have to. I am considering it to see what happens :(. Just want the bl**dy pounds to shift

stick with it, your body has to have lost on this diet, have you had a measure of yourself??? and if it's not too personal, are your bowels moving ok?????

Yes my bowels movement is ok, not a personal question on this diet Lol. Will measure myself in a bit..... Thanks **smile**

Hi Divalicious, I know youre feeling low about your weight loss, but just to say how motivated I'm finding your story! 4 stone down already is a massive massive success. I know you want more, but don't discount how brilliant you're doing and I'm sure it will happen soon. (Took me 8 months to lose a stone on WW).

Oh dear 8 months is such a long time to lose a stone. Am glad you are inspired by my loss, you too will soon be losing loads when you come on board.

Just to say I had a lovely meal this evening. Thanks all for your support I was quite annoyed in the morning **smile**.

Hang in there Divalicious. You're just on a plateau at the moment. After all you've already lost 4 stone. I can't wait to have lost 4 stone. It's like a distant dream at the moment!

Have a week with Exante and a light evening meal. You should lose a little even with the meal. When you go back to TS you should notice a larger loss.

If you are drinking plenty of water, but retaining fluid, there could be 5lbs or more right there. You might want to ask the people at Exante about the fluid retention and what they recommend.

Aaaah thanks Julie, am smiling thinking of that 5lb hiding somewhere lol. I will email Exante to ask about my water retention asap.....

Hi Diva,
I feel your frustration, I'm 4 months in too, and it seems like it's really heavy weather at the moment getting the weight to move. I hope the AAM works for you and helps get the weight shifting again.
You're loss so far is brilliant, and hopefully the weight will start moving again soon and you'll get closer to your goal. I hope the measurements are encouraging.
Good luck xxx

I'm fed up too. I know I am only 5 weeks in, but I only lost 2lb this week and 2.25lb last week - a grand total of 4.25lb in two weeks, how dreadful is that? :(

I know hey, its frustrating coz of the abstainance from food thus why. Fingers crossed next WI we get higher numbers :D.

I have a new pumper pack

;)

A pumper pack eh? Does that one have beans in it?:D

Sorry. Just to echo everyone else, well done on everything so far....a wee plateau is so annoying, especially when you are doing everything right.

Good idea to add a meal though, a boost for the old metabolism x
