been living off of this...
1-2tsp olive oil or frylight if wanting synfree
1 onion finely chopped with 1-2 cloves garlic
when onion has softened add lots of chopped/sliced mushrooms of your choice (I use button and chestnut and add a few oyster slices at end) A frying panful
take off heat when cooked & let cool slightly
add 2tbsp quark, chopped parsley and lots of fresh black pepper
serve with brown rice, salad or on its own.
leftovers great on toast
