Bloomin ‘eck!!

Well I am seriously blooming frustrated. After a week of being 100% (practically the 1st time for me), and really really working hard not to go off plan, I only lost 0.5lb

I know a loss is a loss, but for such hard work I was hoping for at least 2lbs (‘cos I know I’m nearing goal, so can’t expect too much), and really thought that I’d lose more. I wanted to cry in my CDC’s office and went and stuffed my face (oh dear!!).

Why do I lose when I cheat and hardly lose a blooming thing when I stick with it 100%? My body hates me!

I am so demotivated, but have stepped away from the food (finally  ), but am angry...really pissed off TBH. I can’t see the motivation anymore to stick to 100% if this is all I lose.

Hrumph! It seems so expensive: £40 for a 0.5lb loss.
I don’t have any measurements so can’t check for a loss.
Sigh!

Sorry for the self-pitying whinge, but I know you wonderful ladies will listen wihout telling me to ditch the whole diet.

Ignore the scales if you've been 100% you must have burnt off fat. Your body is doing one of those stupid "I fancy holding onto this" random things that they get - whether it's down to hormones, dehydration, stress, atmospheric pressure or something else that it can think of. Be proud of that half pound loss. If you have a small loss again next week then maybe your body is telling you to move up a plan, but I'm putting money on you having a good loss next week which will more than make up for it. Keep going and congratulations on getting this far.

maybe you are ready to move up to 810 ?? my CDC says it happens a lot as people get close to a healthy BMI their losses can slow right down and she finds adding that food can give it a boost and start the losses again ... worth a try as you are so close now :)

Whatever the scales say, just cling on to the fact that you are in control of what you are putting into your mouth and that is a great feeling.
Am sure your loss will be a bigger one next week.

Hugs and good luck x

Sorry, didn't mention that I am on 810. I moved up 2.5 weeks ago after my blackout on SS+ as I was constantly lightheaded.

I know that it will come off ( well I'm hoping it does) but hell it's SOOO expensive and restrictive for such small losses. It's like being back at SW or WW but much more expensive.

I didn't mind the expense when the losses were good, but grrrr now I am wondering how much more money it's going to take to reach goal and move up the steps.

Is it ever worth moving down steps i.e. move back to SS or SS+ to try and shock my body to shift the last stone (12.5lbs to be exact)?

Sorry, I'm just on a downer. I need to snap out of this now.

I would say try moving up a plan as you`re close to goal. It may be that your body goes into starvation mode on the lower cals hence you lose more when you cheat because you`re eating more x

So you think moving to 1000 would be a help?
