salad dressing

hi peeps

anyone know the syn value for Tesco garlic & herb dressing, the bottle says 31 cals per 15ml(tablespoon). always though dressings were really high in syns, but working the 20cals = 1syn rule then this would only be 1.5 syns per tablespoon ??????

no free food allowance, so you can apply 1 syn to every 20 calories.

Which makes it correct at 1.5 syns per tablespoon.
