New Start On Food Diary's!!

How do I fill one of these out for the week?? Especiall when I am nightshift. I have brought home made chicken noodle soup into work with me tonight which i will have through the night with some an apple. Tomorrow, I will sleep most of the day and prob wont hv anything until lunchtime
