As I'm starting 6 weeks late (due to family illness and losing them both in the space of 6 days), I've only just drawn my plan up for this.

I'm not a big exercise fan and prefer walking but my 1.5 mile walks to work and the same back aren't working for me, so my plan is as follows:

Mon: Cardio (Joanna Hall) 30 mins
Tues: Dance (Ministry of Sound) 45 mins
Thurs: Cardio (Joanna Hall) 30 mins
Fri: Dance (Ministry of Sound) 45 mins
Sun: Just dance (on the Wii) as long as possible

I can lose 2lbs a week and reach my goal by the end of June, I'm really hoping that I can do that a week...
 
mon: body combat, gym - 2hr
tues: body attack, gym - 2hr
weds: body attack, body combat, abs, gym - 3/4.5hr
fri: body attack, gym - 2 hr
sat: body combat, body pump, gym - 3hr
sunday: body combat, gym - 1.5hr

My word! wish I had that amount of time to exercise, I've only just come in from work and about to do my 30mins before house work and then studying.

I think I would die haha.
I walk a couple of miles each day and I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred Monday to Friday evenings.
Although I'm only eating 1000-1200 cals a day x
 
my saturday routines changed....

body attack: 1 hour
body jam: 1 hour
body combat: 1 hour
(sometimes boxercise): 1 hour...

they are back to back though so its tiring work

fri: 6mile power walk

sun:8.5mile power walk

50 sit ups every day
 
Mon & Tue...1 hr Jazzercise class

Wed, Thu, Fri...30 mins on exercise bike and free weights

Really should start doing more exercise DVDs, have loads, its just a question of time and space.

Would love to do more classes like Zumba & join a gym but can't fit them in atm with a 2 yr old. (and money is an issue too) Hoping to do more once he starts nursery in Aug.

Thinking about taking up running when the weather gets better too.
 
I've changed mine this week as I had another set back (in the form of tonsilitis!) last week
its now 110, 5 days a week and at least 45 minutes on a Sunday. Thisn basically leaves me Wednesday night (shopping night) and Saturday (studying & Avon)
 
30 minutes of hard work on the exercise bike, going about 28-30 kmph - 5 times per week
30 minutes of weight training targeting my arms - 3 times per week
wii fit work outs with hula hoops and steps for one hour - 5 times a week

and ive just started running, went for my first time tonight, managed 20 minutes of jogging/fast walking and changing every minute but hopefully that will improve pretty soon!

And also housework, I hear so many times about how great it is as a workout so I do at least half hour a day of cleaning.

Thats not including walking but I try to walk everywhere rather than drive or catch the bus - if its possible to.

I've only started doing the 30 day shred though lol
 
new routine!
mon: powerplate, gym, body combat

tues: powerplate, gym, body attack, walking

weds: powerplate, body attack, body combat, stability ball

thurs: nothing

fri: powerplate, gym, body attack

sat: powerplate, gym, body attack, body pump/or jam, body combat, walking

sun: powerplate, gym, body combat, walking

just a few small changes from my old routine :)
 
Gosh some of you are SERIOUS exercisers aren't you!

Mon - None
Tues - 1hr Zumba (first class next week)
Weds - None or possibly swim depending on how I feel.
Thursday - 45-60 minutes gym
Friday - None
Saturday - Gym (45-60 Mins) or swim
Sunday - 20:20:20

And that feels like a LOT to me
