As I'm starting 6 weeks late (due to family illness and losing them both in the space of 6 days), I've only just drawn my plan up for this.
I'm not a big exercise fan and prefer walking but my 1.5 mile walks to work and the same back aren't working for me, so my plan is as follows:
Mon: Cardio (Joanna Hall) 30 mins
Tues: Dance (Ministry of Sound) 45 mins
Thurs: Cardio (Joanna Hall) 30 mins
Fri: Dance (Ministry of Sound) 45 mins
Sun: Just dance (on the Wii) as long as possible
I can lose 2lbs a week and reach my goal by the end of June, I'm really hoping that I can do that a week...
