White sauce

Hi just wondering if ye kno how many syns in White sauce made with skimmed milk ?

do you mean homemade white sauce?

If so you will need to syn the ingredients individually and as none of the items used in white sauce have a free food allowance, you can use 1 syn for every 20 calories.

You could of course use milk as a HEa.

and flour is 3.5 syns per tablespoon for any idea on synnage.

No unfortunately I don't know how to home make it I ment a packet ?

You may find that the nutritional information on the white sauce packet includes milk. Some do and some don't.
