Gaining weight whilst 100% - how???

Hi everyone,
Need some advice and support please :cry:

I've been weighing myself daily (I know I shouldn't but I have a good accurate set of body fat % scales).

The problem is, that over the weekend I have gained 4 lb.

I'm not having any trouble going to the loo (using fibreclear really helps), and I get weighed at the same time each day after popping to the loo.

My body fat % has come down by 2% so I'm thrilled at that, and I've not cheated once plus I'm drinking plenty of water whilst at work each day BUT the scales have upset me as I was hoping to have another really good week and now it looks like I'll only lose 2 or 3 lbs tomorrow at the WI.

Any thoughts?

STOP getting on the scales everyday!! You said yourself you know you shouldnt.

Body weight fluctuates all the time. I think a pint of water weighs around 1lb. And what do you mean 'only lose 2-3lbs tomorrow' ..... 2 or 3lbs would be a fabulous loss.

Also, are you on the scales you use at the pharmacy when weighing everyday? No two scales are exactly the same. Stick to the set at the pharmacy, same time each week.
 
Methinks u are getting paranoid. Lay off the scales for a few days! X
 
I'm a serial weigher but everyone is right! Body weight fluctuates and as long as it isn't stones and it's only pounds it's fine! Keep at it!
 
I'm a serial weigher too and mine goes up and down all the time.
I may weigh all the time but only pay attention to the pharmacy scales at WI - don't panic :)

Official weigh-in this morning was fine and I lost 8lb in week 2.

Think I'm going to stick to a weekly weigh-in from now on (even though my scales seem to match the pharmacy ones).
