Anyone know the Syns in McIntosh chilled Macaroni? It's widely available in Scottish supermarkets, and so delicious!

250g pack. 370kcal per pack. 21.25g of fat, 28.5g carbs and 16.25g protein.

I am presuming the pasta is already cooked in the pack if it is chilled?

this is the syns per 250g selecting pasta as a free food. So very high synned considering. You will probably be better off making your own.

11½ Syns per 250g on Extra Easy
11½ Syns per 250g on Green
18½ Syns per 250g on Original
