squirty cream please

hi there hoping some one can help me i want to buy the lowest syn squirty cream tomorrow but i,m not sure which one to get plus how do you measure a level tbsn of squirty cream sorry that prob sounds thick.

I never use the stuff but I suppose you have to squirt it onto the measuring spoon and scrape off the excess
