I started like this....

16st 7lbs = 331lbs = 182 days on plan....

175 days to go.....

wk 1 -11.5lbs :D
wk 2 - 13th feb:confused: - hoping for 8.5 to reach my V day challenge ...

 
Hi how did u get on with ur weigh in today well done with ur first weight loss
I lost 9lb first week but don't think I have lost this week as I wS bad and got on the scales at home and haven't lost any weight but we will see on Wednesday xxx
