Not that Im indecisive in any way, lol but I have finally decided once and for all that Im coming back to Atkins after this weeks wi on Friday.
Going to try to avoid the scales for at least a week if not more so that the gain doesnt get me down. Thats the theory anyway but whether I can do it is another matter. May have to get dd to hide the scales.
I was considering a m/e fast for the first week to minimise the gain but I think Ill keep that for when I start to stall. Other than that Im going to keep it as clean as possible and avoid any frankenfoods coz they just dont agree with me at all. Not only do I stall with Atkins bars, I cant even eat sugar free jelly or anything else with aspartame so not even going to consider adding them until Im at goal.
