Extra Easy Mashed banana help!!!!

I'm gona admit something..... Here goes.... There's nothing I like more in the morning than a few scan bran and banana. BUT I have to have it mushed up, it's not the same otherwise.

I haven't been to class in a few weeks due to one thing or another and I Wong get now til start of march (the sooner the better)

Can someone please tell me how many syns are in mashed banana and how many scan bean u can have as he??? Many many thanks in advance x

5 scan bran = 1 Hex B.

Looks like mashed bananas are 4 syns each (or 1.5 syns per 28g if you want to be precise).
