I often think it would be best to just do this diet, I'm addicted to food programmes at the moment, think it's my way of coping. I watch diners drive ins and dives on cbs reality, it's american and they show huge portions of food dripping with fat laden sauce and often about a pound of cheese. I look at them stuffing it in and think, looks nice but they are huge and I don't want to be like that any more
