Is this allowed?

I found some pudding rice in the kitchen cupboard and made some using rice milk from my HE-A, water, and Splenda to sweeten.

Would this make it free or is there still a syn value?

Hi i'd use it as free but i'm sure someone will confirm that.

I only ended up having a few spoon full's, must have gone wrong with it as it wasn't very tasty, most of it is going to go in the bin it looks like.

Thanks Allie, I haven't ate much today, before the tiny bit of that rice pudding I'd tried to eat. I'd had a small pot of fat free yogurt and 2 slices of wholemeal toast with some baked beans today.

I'll remember the advice about making it at a mean meal though. Will give making it another go at some point, trial and error eh.

SW rice pudding! I have it once a week for breakfast or as a dessert (nothing wrong with that!)
