Hey everyone, I've decided to start the CD on Monday.
I tried it last year and never stuck to it, I've managed to lose 20 something lbs by doing SW and now feel like there's less of a mountain to climb so I'm going to try SS-ing it for 8 weeks as a kick start then see how I get on. I've got a big party on the 8th April and I HAVE to look amazing by then as there's a guy I really want to impress. We used to kinda date years ago when I was about 11 stone and I last saw him earlier last year when I was 16 and a half stone, and although he wasn't horrible or anything I could see in his face he was thinking jesus what's happened to her! Soooo... that's the motivation for now lol.
I'm having my last drink tonight and tomorrow I'm going to try and stay off the carbs... any other advice? Wish me luck!
