SW Diet or Exercise?

I'm debating whether to go back to the SW class. Or just to cut out all the chocolate and crisps and go to the gym more.

I don't really feel comfortable going to class. Yet, I can't do it on my own. As. I've got quite a few recipe books, from SW and also Scottish Slimmers. I need to lose a stone by the end of July.

What would be the best solution?
 
Both! I can't do it without a class either.
