Day 10 (Newbie)

Hi all this is my 10th day and things seem to be going quiet well, my bmi is dropping and I feel great, I weighed myself today and I'm 15 Stone and my bmi is 34.86, which shows I'm out of the 38 range woop woop.

Just waiting for my weigh in which is on Wednesday, quick question. . . . . .How much exercise do you lovely ladies on here do daily or weekly ?
 
That's great! Well done and keep up the fantastic work!
I don't do too much at the minute as I'm knackered after work but do a bit on the wii, little swimming and lots of walking. After LT will be doing ALOT more!!
 
Fabulous. It's such a nice feeling to get on the scales and see the numbers going down rather than going up and up!

How much have you lost so far?
 
Awwww Thank you both so far I've lost 11 or 13 lbs, I was doing the raw diet before and lost 5lbs in my first week, oh and forgot to correct my last post I'm now 15 and a half stone:jelous:
But my red lady has come today and I'm worried I may not lose anything on my next weigh in :( but hey we shall see.

I thought I responded lol, don't know where that went then lol please excuse me as I'm new to this forum lol.

By that way thank you all, and just to put right an error that I made I'm 15 and a half stone now woop woop:)

But I'm freaking out right now as my Red Lady has arrived:( and I'm terrified I may not lose anything, but in the same light I'm trying to be positive.. . . . . .Deep breath lol.
 
That is a fantastic loss, well done you that's more than a pound a day :)

14lbs would have taken me 3 months on Weight Watchers :giggle:

Love your name! Well done on getting this far.......personally I exercise 4-5 times a week but that's cos I always have. Take it easy in the first couple of weeks but after that exercise as you normally would. A word of caution though, I found that it made me feel hungry:eek: accordingly I would take a huge bottle of water, like a couple of litres, into the gym and have my shake as soon as I came home.....even if my body was in ketosis I still felt hungry on the days that I went to the gym which was a bit of a pain!
