810 experiences; questions about the gym and losing weight on it

Hello all,
I’ve been moving up the plans and I’m 810 right now. I’ve done this for two weeks and I’m going into my third week. I have to say that I do feel much better doing 810. Just preparing that one meal makes me feel happy, so I really don’t want to go back to ss-ing. However, I have run into some issues.

My body seems to be having huge issues with adjusting to it. In the first week I gained 2lbs. Now in my second week I’ve lost that gain again. Just to end up at the weight that I was before doing 810. I’m a little bit demotivated by it. I suspect my body is also having huge issues with food in the sense of toilet-problems; I simply can’t go. I have Metamucil and I’m taking 3 sachets a day and a stool softner, yet it sometimes takes a few days for my body to do anything and most of the time it’s a few drops of rabbit poo. Not happy with that. Even bursting out the sennokot or dulcolax doesn’t really seem to work.
At the moment I weight 10 st and 12lbs. If I want to reach a healthy bmi I should be 10st, 3lbs. and my end goal is 9stone. But I’m wondering if it’s even doable on 810 and how long it would take me to reach it. Is 2lbs the max of what you can loose on 810 in a week?

I haven’t started exercising yet and my cdc seems to be stressing about it, so I am biting the bullet this Monday and starting at the gym. What would be good things to do? I was thinking of cycling, brisk walking or even a bit of running and perhaps doing stuff on a cross trainer. I want to shed these last pounds and getting rid of my flabby belly and will it really help with losing weight quicker on 810?

Any words of advice or encouragement would be really appreciated. I’m feeling incredibly low. Is there any one on 810 who experiences some of this and can tell me it will all get better?

the only explanation for your gain is the lack of movement in the toilet department. i've had some decent losses on the 810. the gym actually slowed my losses down a little but then i do loads when i'm there.... like superwoman lol.

make sure you go and have a good clear out. use everything you can as you are probably impacted a bit. build up both ends. so stick something up your bum as well as taking something to make you go might get it all moving again. then take something every single day to keep regular. you might also need to up your water. i always find that if i have a hot drink in the morning after taking something the night before it gets me to the loo.

don't feel demotivated. it's not normal to gain. as you can see by my losses below i've lost other than when i've gone awol (off plan).

i would also say if your gym does zumba then do this as it's a great workout and loads of fun and you'll be sad when you've done the hour, you'll be wondering where the time's gone!

Thank you Great things!

Your words have really picked me up. I've always had problems in the toilet department ever since I was 15. I will try to up my water and drink at least 4 litres of just water a day and see if it will help. I'll also start taking the things I have that hopefully will clear my bowels.

I will go to the gym, but take it slow ^^ Thank you again for giving me that little bit of hope that I needed :)
