I'm going to give slim fast a try. I was planning on calorie counting, but I struggle making breakfast and lunch choices (always end up with buttery toast) so the shakes will be ideal for me. I've done SF a fair few years ago, loved the shakes but didn't plan my days well, and didn't drink enough water.
I've been reading posts on here and plan to:
Breakfast: 1weetabix with skimmed milk
Mid-morning: shake
Lunch: shake
Afternoon: fruit
Tea: 600 cal meal
Evening: 100cal choc bar
Off to Orlando in 17 weeks and would live to shift 2 stone if I can....wish me luck
