Hi all,
My hubby has just picked me up some bouillon and as I can't get the one everyone buys in tesco or whatever, I just wanted to check these values against the one you guys use?
It says for 100ml
Calories - 3
Protein - 0.3
Carbohydrate: 0.3
Fat: 0.1
Do you think that would be ok compared to the marigold one people talk of? If I was to make up say 500mls? (the size of my mug lol!)
Thanks so much for any help, I will hold off digging into it until I get some input x
