can anyone tell me the syns is pesto??iv got a small red perrper one by jamie oliver smell lovely so there for thinking its a no no!! can anyone help??x

whats the calories on the jar?

no free food allowance, so you can work out using the 1 syn for every 20 calories rule of thumb.

I love red pepper pesto - not so keen on the aubergine one though, it's got a bit of a funny colour!
