Really enjoyed my group today and i has all my bits and have been looking over the website.Have already planed my dinners and lunches for the coming week(some are already done and in the freezer). Also planning my exercsie and OMG i am still so excited lol.

I have to say i really reaally love sliming world lol

Im not sure what i was expecting but it certainly wasnt that i dunno, just seemed to have some almost negative things connected with going to a slimming group, as i;ve always slimmed by myself in the past. But its great and i felt very comfortable

Losing weight is an incredibly amazing experience- getting fitter and healthier and getting into clothes that look good and being able to go out and not worry about your size and feeling attractive and living longer

Whats not to get excited about???????

Thing is this is the last time i;m ever going to loose weight as had enough of the vicious cycle my body weight seems to be in. Might have to adjust my goal weight as well they wont let me get down to 9stone in slimming world due to my height soooo my final goal weight(for now at least needs to shift up 7lbs lol.
