Had my weigh in, only lost a kilo. I know its because i was really ill and ate that potato on monday. So annoyed. I just cant get below that 100 kg mark.

Stick with, it's not that bad really! Concentrate on your total weight loss to-date rather than focusing on just this one week.

Hope you feel better now, if you ever need to eat again, and it does happen particularly when you're ill and need to take meds, make it scrambled eggs or other protein rather than potato. I had to do that a couple of times and never came out of ketosis.

Don't be gutted Sera, you've lost 1kg so that means 1kg less flab to carry on your body! Just keep it up and I agree with Sandra, next time have chicken, eggs or steak if you feel you need to eat. x

Don't be upset, it's not nice being on lipotrim when your ill but just try to stick with it. I had stinking flu when i was 100% TFR and really struggled with it, but i was told that if I felt I needed to eat stick to veg that grow above the ground (preferably greens) and any lean meat (so chicken, turkey, steak etc) and you'll get through it.

I hope that your better now and you'll beat that 100kg mark and you'll feel fantastic when you do.

Well done and good luck.
Cath.

Thanks everyone. I am trying not to be too annoyed, but i know it was my own fault. a lesson learned. Hopefully i will have a decent loss next week. Just so aware that everyone seems to be losing so much quicker than me...

Hi Sera marie
Don't feel too bad, you're not alone, i buggered up my weight loss this week, and i wasn't ill and in need of food, it was my son's left over fishfinger that did it. oh and the few chips, i can't believe that i did it the day before getting weighed, talk about a death wish!!! i think that i just got a bit cocky and thought that i would be able to get away with it, so only lost 1lb,
so 6 really good days down the swanny, of course i blame my son, who should have eaten his Bloody dinner,
still we live and learn
5lb off next week
Sam:)
