I really wouldn't risk it. I don't eat them myself, but my husband does and, as far as I know, the chip shop ones are usually made from mechanically-recovered meat (probably fatty and goodness knows what else) and are basted. Plus there are the sauces, the veg, the pitta bread - all of which you definitely need to avoid on Attack.

It would very likely ruin all of the good work you've done so far during the first phase.
 
I agree with DD... also, isn't Doner lamb meat?

Definitely not!! It's just fat with a bit of meat (if you can call it that!) thrown in!!

I'm glad to hear that you've managed to resist, Sarah. All of this will be worth it in the end, once you start fitting into all of those smaller clothes sizes, believe me! :)
