So here goes, I'm going to follow EE today please advise if this sounds about right.
Breakfast - Danone Shape Yoghurt, Banana and one of my Alpen Light bars (HE B)
Lunch - Jacket Potato with homemade turkey chilli, pineapple
Dinner - Chicken topped with *21g Mozzarella cheese (*HE A), roast potatoes using fry light light spray, carrots, peas and tomato sauce made from tin toms, chilli & mixed herbs.
