Rather comfy here
Hiya
I will try and keep this simple
I am 22 weeks pregnant and on/off I have had periods where I am really tired (exhausted) at work about 3ish. My working hours are either 7.30am to 4pm or 9am to 4pm. I do extra hours one week to cover the shorter hours.
On the week, I start at 7.30 I find about 3ish I am really exhausted and ask to leave work early due to pregnancy related tiredness and up until my manager didnt seem to have a problem (she has said to me its ok to leave early if its pregnacy related tiredness).....BUT
This week, I pushed myself too hard on Tuesday and found although I came into work on the Wednesday I ended up coming straight home as I felt really tired, had a fuzzy head and my body ache.
Now my manager is saying I should go to the Doctor and see if I should be at work, as I keep saying I am exhausted about 3ish. I explained its due to the amount of work I have and its natural part of being pregnant.
It has now really worried me, that my manager is going to try and change my working hours or something. She wont except that its the amount of work I have.
Its making me anxious and the 'conversation/meeting' we will have isnt till next Wednesday.
I know its not effecting my work ( i always do all my work before leaving early so not work outstanding), I always cover the early mornings (none of my team ever come in till 10am) and im only leaving 30mins to 1 Hour early.
Should I be concerned, what actions can she take against me..................what I really want to know is am I going to get into trouble????
Sorry for long post, im just on the verge of tears!
