Hi does anyone know how many sins i'n a bag of Ryvita minis sweet chilli flavour? x

no free food allowance so you can use the 1 syn = 20 calories rule of thumb.

there is 101 calories in a 30g bag, making them 5 syns a bag.

or 80 calories if it is a 24g bag, making them 4 syns.

I think I've read in a few places that these can be classed as a HEB, please correct me if I'm wrong, or confirm if I'm right lol! xx

Yup. The 30g bags (which are bigger than the bags in the 6 pack)
